DESIGN DAY PRICING
Full Day: $1,200 - 8 hours over two days
Half Day: $600 - 4 hours in one day

I work for 8 hours, over two consecutive days (or 4 hours in one day) to knock out your list of updates - or a mini-project - in one fell swoop.

How The Design Day Works

DISCOVERY
You fill out my contact form and tell me your interested in a design day (or half day). We have a quick call to make sure it’s a fit, clarify scope, and confirm how many days/hours you need.

SCHEDULE YOUR DAY
You make a 50% down payment and we schedule your design day(s) and a planning call one week week before your day. I send you a instructions for preparing any new content we will need for your updates.

DESIGN DAY(S)
I work for 8 hours over two days (or 4 hours in one day) to complete your updates and you are available for questions and reviews while I work.

HANDOVER
If needed, we meet again for final revisions and any training you might need to maintain things on your own going forward.

CHECK-IN CALL
We meet to review your content, prioritize your list, make sure we are on the same page, and ensure that I have everything I need to make your updates on your design day.
06
POST DESIGN DAY SUPPORT
You have a month of email support after our day together for questions related to the changes we made.

I collect 50% as a down payment to reserve your design day(s) in my calendar.
The second 50% is due at the start of your design day(s) before I start the work on your website.

I do my best to estimate how long updates will take but you are purchasing hours of my time - not deliverables.
If things are taking a lot longer than expected we will regroup and discuss what I CAN get done during our time together and whether more design days will be needed.
If it takes me significantly LESS time than expected, you can use those hours for future support/updates.

I might get it all done in one day, but I like to build in a buffer for unforeseen events. Spreading the hours over two days also gives YOU more breathing room to review the updates and get back to me with feedback or revisions.

Yes, I only work in Squarespace. If you need help with your WordPress website I can try to help you find another designer for your updates.

You DO need to be accessible! Please schedule your Design Days during a time when you can quickly respond to questions and give feedback. I build in the extra day so you don’t have to be GLUED to the computer the whole time, but stay close!

For new clients, the minimum time you can hire me for is half day of work. Getting to know you and your website is built into the design day as an investment for both of us!
