  • A Squarespace website subscription - You can use Bob with a Basic plan and there is a lesson in the launch course to help you decide on the right plan for you.   • A website domain - the launch course provides suggestions for where to purchase your domain if you don’t already have one

How it Works

INSTALL

After you purchase the template, you will receive an email invitation within 48 hours to accept the template in to a new or existing Squarespace account.

CUSTOMIZE

Use the step-by-step tutorials to design your mini-brand (if needed) and customize the colors, fonts, images, and text in the template to make it your own.

LAUNCH

When your website is ready to go, follow the instructions to connect to a domain and publish your website to make it live!

Frequently Asked Questions

    • You will get an invitation to add your template to an new or existing Squarespace account within 48 hours of purchasing your template.

    • Once you accept, the template will be in your Squarespace account as a new trial website.

    • I will transfer ownership to you but remain as a contributor during your support period (you can remove me at any time!)

    • Squarespace subscription: You will need a Basic plan or higher. You can find the current Squarespace pricing here. (You will save 20% on your first year subscription with my Squarespace Circle discount. )

    • Domain: If you don’t already have a website domain (xxx.com) you will need to purchase one for $20/year or less. (Your first year is free with a Squarespace subscription if you purchase one from Squarespace)

    • Legal Page Text (eg. Privacy Policy): I will provide free and paid options.

    • The launch course has lessons to help you select all of the above for your website.

    • Scheduling and email marketing subscriptions would also need to be purchased separately if needed.

  • My templates come with a comprehensive course that teaches you how to use Squarespace (and design a mini brand!) and 60 days of email support if you get stuck. With a free template, you are on your own to sift through their help documentation to make your website live. This template also specifically designed to be effective for service providers and includes lessons to ensure your website uses all of the best practices for Search Engine Optimization.

  • No. This template can only be used on the Squarespace platform.

  • You have lifetime access! You can revisit whenever you need a refresher on how to update your website.

  • Sure! Check-out my semi-custom website service and reach out if you are interested in this service.

    • Your template will be installed on your Squarespace account as a NEW trial website. This allows you to maintain your existing website as you customize your template and prepare to launch.

    • When you are ready to launch, you will need to purchase a NEW subscription (which will include my Circle discount) and cancel the subscription on the existing website.

    • If there is remaining time on the old subscription, reach out to Squarespace and they will offer a prorated refund. (I cover this in your launch course too!)

  • Due to the digital nature of website templates there is a no refund policy. Please reach out with any questions you have BEFORE you purchase. If you are unhappy after your purchase, please contact me at shannah@shannahalbert.com so I can address any concerns you may have.
